By accessing or using the BookaPlay website, mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. BookaPlay may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

BookaPlay is a platform that connects players with sports venues for time-slot bookings. We facilitate discovery, reservation, and payment processing but are not the operator of listed venues unless stated otherwise. Venue availability, facilities, and on-site rules are determined by each partner venue.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the platform.

When you book a slot, you enter into a booking agreement with the relevant venue, subject to that venue's policies and our platform rules. Prices, taxes, and fees are shown before you confirm payment.

• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment (where applicable).
• Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the venue's policy and our refund rules at the time of booking.
• BookaPlay may charge a platform or service fee as disclosed during checkout.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; their terms also apply.

Cancellation windows and refund amounts vary by venue and booking type. Details are displayed before you complete a booking. If a venue cancels your booking, we will work to offer a reschedule or refund in line with our policies. Chargebacks or payment disputes should be raised through our support channels before initiating with your bank where possible.

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with venue rules.
• Do not harass staff, other users, or venue operators.
• Do not attempt to circumvent payments, booking limits, or security measures.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse our systems or data.
• Arrive on time for booked slots; no-shows may forfeit payment per venue policy.

The BookaPlay name, logo, software, and content on the Service are owned by BookaPlay or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission. User-generated content you submit may be used by us to operate and promote the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every venue will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookaPlay disclaims warranties regarding venue quality, safety, equipment, or third-party conduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BookaPlay and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including injuries, property damage, or losses at a venue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to BookaPlay for the booking in question during the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.
